In the rear of the home, just off the kitchen, a winding staircase leads to the 3rd floor. At the top, you'll find a cozy living area, perfect for kids or additional guests to have their own space to unwind. This level also features a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead, offering a spa-like experience. Next is a bedroom with a bunk bed featuring two double beds ideal for kids or friends to share. Our custom built single family home is located only eight houses and one street from the beach. Put your feet in the sand or enjoy a Brown's famous donuts just steps from the front door. 

 

Enter the home through a two-car garage, or the 10'x22' front porch. A large living area flows into the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with beverage refrigerator to keep all your drink cold. The back deck off the kitchen provides outdoor eating space in addition to the kitchen island or full dining area.

 

The second floor has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a full bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The full bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms share a private deck off the front of the house. One of the full bathrooms on the floor is designed with the flexibility to be used by everyone or locked from the hallway to be used only by the junior master bedroom. 

 

The third floor master suite has a king bed, a private front deck and full tiled bathroom. There is also an additional sun deck accessible off the master hallway.

 

When you return from the beach, there is an outdoor cabana to shower and change, before you fire up the grill for dinner.If you prefer not to cook, dine-in or take-out is available from the Island Grill at the end of the block or Express Pizza and TJ's Ice Cream just around the corner. Cousin's Restaurant is also within walking distance . Bernadato's Deli is at the end of the block. There are many other options for dining in Ocean City, or make a quick trip to Somers Point for an even wider selection of restaurants. We are close to the Longport Bridge should you choose to make a night of it in Atlantic City. 

 

The Ocean City boardwalk is a great place for a morning bike ride. Breakfast is available at several restaurants along the ride. Tennis courts are located at 5th St and surfing is permitted after the lifeguards go off duty each evening, or at a designated surfing beach. Fishing excursions, parasailing and jet ski rentals can all be arranged on island. Two amusement piers are open with rides to suit all ages. 

 

Lots of boutique shops for browsing are on the boardwalk and line the downtown area on Asbury Avenue from 6th to 14th streets. A weekly farmer's market takes place from 8-1 at the Tabernacle grounds. There are musical events on the boardwalk at the Music Pier, celebrations, parades, festivals for almost every interest.
