Welcome to our beach house! Were located a very short walk from the St James beach and the start of the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. Be one of the first to rent our new construction which offers the latest in luxury shore living with 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. We are currently in the process of furnishing our home and it will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The private elevator provides ease of access for luggage and groceries upon arrival, as well as extra assistance for those needing help. Situated on the beach block at the edge of the Gardens, the interior of our home was designed with brand new furnishings and quality finishes to create a comfortable environment for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, knives, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, toaster, blender, and all essentials the family will need to create 5-star meals! Open area living in the gourmet kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy the gas fireplace for chillier nights and the widescreen TV with plenty of comfortable seating for a movie or Phillies game. There is access to spacious decks on every level spanning the entire front of the property as well as the back. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one queen with en suite bathroom, 1 queen room, 1 full size bunk room with trundle, 1 twin room, a pullout couch with double bed, and an additional convertible twin in the master. Flat screen televisions are available in the living room and each bedroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The 2nd floor laundry is perfect for keeping up with beach towels and bathing suits during your stay. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off the sand after fun on the beach. With parking at a premium in the North End, the property includes off-street parking for 2 cars, additional space on the street in front of the house, as well as a garage. To ease your vacation packing, we offer a wagon for the kids, a beach umbrella, and additional beach toys. Grill masters can take a turn at the grill for the perfect steak dinner. Our property offers the ultimate in true beach living and comfort. Once you arrive, just park the cars and enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Located within close walking distance to all the best attractions in Ocean City, you can easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusements, entertainment, arcade, water slide, music pier, downtown, miniature golf, restaurants, playgrounds, basketball, and tennis courts. Voted the #1 Beach in New Jersey' and selected by the Travel Channel as one of the Best Family Beaches in America as well as one of the Best Beaches in America, Ocean City is the perfect location for a family vacation. We provide plenty of pillows, blankets, and comforters on the beds, but please remember to bring your own linens, bath towels and beach towels for your stay. Welcome to 3 Garden's Rd, a charming 2nd & 3rd-floor unit just a few hundred feet from the beach, nestled between Beach Rd and North St beach. This diamond in the rough is located in an original 1920s building, offering timeless character and vintage charm. The best access is through the back door, conveniently located next to 1.5 parking spots in the left driveway off North St, right behind the enclosed outdoor shower and changing room.

Further toward the back is the large "L"-shaped galley kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a full-size stackable washer and dryer, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.

Off the dining room, you'll find the first full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower setup. This level also features two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for maximum comfort and rest.

In the rear of the home, just off the kitchen, a winding staircase leads to the 3rd floor. At the top, you'll find a cozy living area, perfect for kids or additional guests to have their own space to unwind. This level also features a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead, offering a spa-like experience. Next is a bedroom with a bunk bed featuring two double beds ideal for kids or friends to share. At the end of the hallway is the largest bedroom in the home, furnished with a king bed for a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

With its beautiful restoration, ample space, and thoughtful layout, this home is a perfect beach retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy the best of coastal living.
