Working at the Surf Side Mall for two summers provided invaluable experiences, and it solidified our bond with this cherished island. Located at the 3700 block of Central Ave., only two houses away from the beach and a short walk to the beautiful 37th Street beach entrance. Spacious condo is 1500 SF with four bedrooms and 2 baths plus 150 SF ground level secure storage.
