Great property with great views and easy access to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer a big plus. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

This is an incredible home, well stocked, well appointed and well built, it's one of our favorites. In fact we are renting it next year! It fits our family needs perfectly. Many things that are not found in other rentals were available, like bikes, a grill, the assortment of pots, pants and utensils. They were great! The owner was soooo nice! Love, love, love it

The Meng property, right at the 34th st. entrance to the beach is very well-equipped and supplied with many things that we were told by others that we might not find. Next year, I'll be able to travel to OC with far less gear in our car.
