A less expensive place we rented the year prior had these unexpected nice-ities - bathroom rugs, toilet paper, hangers! This place had none of these (ok - 1 bathroom rug). And despite our best efforts, even keeping trash outside, we had an ant problem and we couldn't get the AC to work. Would not rent here again despite the great location.

Jennifer, we are very sorry to hear about the issues that you had during your stay. My personal phone number is on the refrigerator for any issues with our home and guests can also contact Berger if that is preferred. I found out from my cleaners that the AC wasn't working after you left and had it fixed the same day before the next renters arrived. If I had known there was an issue I would have sent someone immediately. The same is true of any other issue. I'd also note that there are bath mats in every bathroom, but some are rubber mats that can be easily cleaned between guest stays. In the future please feel free to contact the owner or realtor with these types of issues so that we have a chance to fix them for you.-Dan

This was a very last minute booking that was handled very well by Zachary French. Not knowing the area I needed to rely on his recommendation for a location and unit. He was right on the mark. We also had a little situation that he handled perfectly. The unit was terrific and we loved it. Hope to return again next year.

922 ocean ave is a great location, we enjoyed it. One thing:
The small width of the garage at this property makes it difficult to get a car in and out and is perhaps worth mentioning to tenants.
