This is our 2nd year at this location. The 4 of us are 70+ and appreciate the easy access to the 1st floor..We also like to surf fish so the short walk with our gear is more than helpful.

We rented 4408 Central Ave two years
Everything about the property is perfect for us . Wouldn't rent it again because of the smell and air quality. The first year we thought it was a one time thing . This year it seemed even worse.
Also they changed the internet and TV access and it is awful . Wouldn't stay there again . Shame great property !

Rental property 4408 Central seemed well maintained . Although the carpet was new we do not like carpet especially at the shore .
Other than that the place checked all our boxes . This property was not available the weeks we wanted in 2024 . Therefore we are renting it for only one week . Hopefully in 2025 we'll do better.

Nice place... can tell it had been re-done recently. Would be great if the owner had more lighting/lamps, and I would highly suggest adding ceiling fans!
