Was a beachfront rental and Sand on walkway to beach was extremely hot ...only suggestion would
Be some type of planking /matting From Back deck thru the dunes to the beach since sand was so soft and hot ..have seen other walkways with some type of covering ..thank you

It is great for beachfront property. Still would like to see new furniture. It is most uncomfortable and hard to get up from. Some of us have back and knee issues.
