Cute little 3 bedroom house! Perfect for our family. Off street parking a bonus. Owners are very friendly and accommodating! Have rented past 5 years now and already booked for next year!

We rented 1527 West Ave and were very happy with the comfortable accomodations. I wish it had a few basics in the kitchen, like salt and pepper.

1527 West Ave. was a perfect rental. location, decor, floor plan, kitchen function and accessories. We could not have picked a better rental property. We all were very impressed. Our week was spectacular. Thank you to the owner for sharing your home.
only Crinkle, beach tags would have been nice, just say'n.
