Cleaning crew late, took 2 weeks to get rid of ants @ kitchen sink & in dishwasher. Loved the porch, TVs, accessibility to beach & neighbors.

We have been renting this same unit for 15 years and are happy to see that the owner has been making some upgrades. The new porch furniture was lovely and comfortable. There was a new sofa in the living room, which was very nice, and the bedding and televisions in the bedrooms have also been upgraded. Unit was clean and ready on time, and although there were a few small maintenance issues, it didn't compromise our stay at all. The upstairs neighbors are also wonderful.

Property didn’t have any beach tags to use. Cookware could use an upgrade, was all old stainless steel. No Keurig, just an old coffee maker.
