House was clean roomy and had everything we needed. (Would recommend getting a salad spinner). Liked having multiple outdoor hoses and shower. Bonus room with fridge a plus! Excellent Location.

We loved the house at 3000 Asbury but will need a bigger one next year. If interested in buy, it could be a possibility in the future. How did we hear about Berger Realty- we have been coming to OCNJ for years and have used Berger Realty in the past.

Bathrooms in rental could use a remodel and were below our expectations compared to previous rentals. Wifi would drop constantly as the router is in the furthest room from the main area. Main room furniture could us a refresh.

Had problem with tv in bedroom. Mr. Cash contacted the homeowner who then contacted Comcast and me. Not fixed until Friday and I had to wait for Comcast person (2 hr. window) but problem was fixed. Hometown we very nice and apologetic.

we all loved this newest rental for this year. very happy and pleased to stay at 3000 asbury-lst fl. Only thing I didnt' expect was there were beach tags. I liked that as that never was available in any previous rental. However, somewhere along the process I did not know they were included. A great bonus for nect year. I filled in paper work for dates for next year. I hope it has been recognized.

The house was probably the nicest one we have ever rented in OC. Good layout, furnishings & well supplied. The location was great - two blocks from the beach and four blocks from food & stores on 34th St.
