The outdoor enclosed shower house is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair for a shower.

The 2nd/3rd floor unit has 2BR, 2B, LR, DA, K, laundry on one floor, and 2BR on 3rd fl, totaling 4 BRs in the apt. This unit sleeps 12 ( with one queen sofa bed in LR, and one double sofa bed in the largest bedroom).
