Situated on a quiet corner, yet close to everything, this beach house rental has the perfect location and size for your family vacation.  Centrally located, this spacious 1st floor unit has a huge living room and kitchen space with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and is 2500 sq ft in total. There is a private indoor cabana area for showering and cleaning up the kids after a day at the beach.  It has a deep two car garage, with an additional parking space in the driveway. If you feel like cooking at home, an outdoor grill is provided.  There are large front and back decks for enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing at night.  The front deck has a new six top dinning set. The rear deck has chairs, chaise lounges, and end tables.

The living room and dining room furniture are new. The kitchen table will seat 9, with 4 additional high top counter seats as well as 3 bar seats in the living room.

This home is close to everything.  The beach and boardwalk are only a block away.  Shops on Asbury are two blocks away, including Starbucks, Bennys, Yiannis, CapoStrada, and John B Goode Ice Cream all within a few minutes walk.

Theres nothing like a corner house with views of the water!

Escape to the beach in this very spacious (2500 sq ft) 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, with another full bathroom on the ground floor. Ideally located just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shopping and fun!

It has a very large open floor plan, with a beautiful well stocked kitchen and center island, as well as cathedral ceilings throughout.

The rooms are spacious, inviting and comfortable for families or groups of up to 16. Every bedroom has a large TV and ceiling fan.

1.       Front main deck (facing east to provide morning sun and afternoon shade) has an awning, along with a table, chairs and lounge area.

2.       Rear wrap around deck, which stretches from the master to two other bedrooms. Includes a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. 

3.       Very large exclusive rooftop deck, fully furnished and big enough to host a large party!

Steps away from the boardwalk's best attractions like Playland's Castaway Cove, Golden Galleon, Congo Falls, Jilly's Arcade, the Surf Mall, Manco & Manco, and more. A short walk west you will find Starbucks and other coffee shops, Bungalow Bowls, Cinco De Mayo, Hooked on Breakfast, and the other great restaurants and shops of Asbury Avenue and the downtown area.

There are up to 6 off street parking spots in total  up to 4 (standard sized) cars parking in the garage and 2 more spots in the driveway.

The unit has an assortment of beach chairs, carts and beach toys in the garage, but the condition of these cannot be guaranteed. Six of these chairs are brand new for the 2024 season.

There is also a grill located in the garage. There is a propane tank, but cant guarantee the level of the propane. There are places close by if it needs to be refilled.

Upgrades last year included adding mounted TVs in every room, new beds, new patio furniture, new dining room furniture, new hot water heater and more.

Updates for the 2024 season included kitchen, flooring, master bathroom and window treatments.
