Description
Newly renovated home in the heart of downtown Ocean City. Just 4 blocks to the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach! Great location for families. Park your car in the private driveway and walk to all the great shops on Asbury and local eateries. Just steps from Wawa, Wells Fargo and Piccini. You can also rent bikes right next door at Tuckahoe Bike Shop and enjoy your vacation biking around town.
The first floor is where you will be spending most of your time when you are not out and about. Great common space with comfy couches and a large smart TV to watch all your favorite shows. This house also features a newly renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steal appliances. There is a large dining table that seats 8 as well as the kitchen peninsula that seats 4. Next to the kitchen you will find a powder room and large pantry closet. Then you step right outside onto the large covered porch. Lovely spot to enjoy the sunset, read a book and people watch.
Outside there is a driveway with space for two cars. In the driveway area there is a gas Webber grill if you decide to cook up some great meals on your vacation. Then around back there is a large outside shower and storage area.
We provide 6 beach tags along with a few small beach chairs and sand toys.
