We’ve rented numerous properties thru Berger over the years. This one fell below the standards we’ve come to expect in a Berger rental. The blinds thru out were in poor working order. The kitchen was not as well supplied with utensils/cooking supplies as well as others. Closets had stuff stored in them which left little room for hanging clothes. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was not in working order. We did find this was a good location to rent in but would not rent this property again.

cable tv {YTUBEtv) needs to be upgraded and be made USER friendly! TVs in the 2 bedrooms are so small, no tv at all in the 3rd bedroom. we are older people and it was difficult to operate! Ceiling fan in third bedroom was broken, food was left in freezer. Washer sounded like an jet plane and it was not overloaded.

We had a great time in OCNJ. It was nice to get away and spend time at the Shore, especially during these monotonous times!
Unfortunately, our week did not start off great-
We were unable to get into our rental when we arrived because the unit’s lock was broken. We had to wait over 3 hours for a locksmith to fix the lock before we could unpack our car, which included groceries for the week, some of which were perishable. Because of the pandemic, we weren’t even able to eat/relax in a restaurant while we waited 🙁.
On the positive side, Chris Warren, who has been our agent (by choice) for the past few years, was very responsive. He actually came to our rental property to help. Although he wasn’t able to open the door himself, he promptly made arrangements to ensure that a locksmith would be there, and stayed in contact with us so that he would know when we were inside the rental ...Five stars for Chris.

Rita made everything so easy. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. The property was beautiful. Hopefully we'll be able to rent the same place next year. I've been using Berger for years and have always been very satisfied.
