Our story with Ocean City goes beyond just summers. In our college years, during the late 80s, one of us had the privilege of calling this beautiful place home. Working at the Surf Side Mall for two summers provided invaluable experiences, and it solidified our bond with this cherished island. The sights, sounds, and experiences of Ocean City have been etched into our hearts, creating a lifetime of memories that we now share with you.

As much as we adore creating new traditions, we hold dear to our cherished favorites as well. Dot's Bakery, a nostalgic gem that has stood the test of time since 1947, beckons us with its delightful pastries that evoke memories of childhood summers. For a bit of friendly competition, we can't resist a round of miniature golf on the boardwalk at Congo Golf or at Pirate Golf, where laughter and camaraderie abound

The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by an open concept kitchen, dining room and great room. The luxury vinyl hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings with upgraded lighting fixtures, stainless steel appliance package, quartz countertops, updated cabinetry and hardware, tile backsplash, gas fireplace with stone, and the Hunter Douglass window treatments are breathtaking. Off the living area is a large fiberglass front deck with a retractable awning which has new outside furniture which includes a table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges, all with comfortable cushions. The tiled bathrooms, the two bedrooms, the master suite, and the private back deck make this unit perfect for your family. This home comfortably sleeps 8 people with one King bed, one Queen bed, and a Full over Full size bunk bed with a Twin trundle. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Close to playground, tennis courts, mini golf, restaurants, grocery store, and a short drive to the boardwalk, pickle ball courts, and downtown shopping.  This home also has two car parking, and a lockable storage room. An outdoor spray hose is available after a great day at the beach, plus there is an enclosed shower in the storage room. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
