Home is rated for 12 occupants however there are only space for 11 (5 twins and 2 queens/ 1 king) . There is a portable crib . Clean , comfortable beds Some of the furniture is worn . Deck furniture is minimal and worn . Great location - close to beach and boards ! Quiet , nice area of the island! Would consider renting again. Thank you!

Out door furniture was limited on the decks and was in poor condition. Overall the rental is really nice.

The rental was nice but it truly needed cleaners that cleaned thoroughly. For example: the A/C vents had so much dirt on them the white paint was black.

This was a great house for us, in a good, quiet location. It was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. We were 9 people in 3 families, and the layout was perfect…plenty of space to gather together, while allowing everyone their own space when desired. Highly recommended.

Not cleaned well. Hand rails, chairs and other sufaces visibly dirty. Soiled and old linens.
Broken, dry rotted deck chairs.

We enjoyed the house. Loved the rooftop deck except there wasn’t any deck furniture. We had to carry chairs up the spiral staircase.
