Located in the prestigious Gold Coast area, this spotless home is just two short blocks to the beach. This first-floor condo is on the bay side of Asbury Avenue. What does that mean for you? It means that the front porch gets shade in the afternoon so you can enjoy a nice cold drink on the front porch after a nice day at the beach. Features a master bedroom with a king size bed, sliding glass doors out on to a deck and a master bathroom with a stall shower. The master bedroom also has a large flat screen tv. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a tv. The third bedroom offers a pyramid style bunk bed - a twin over a full. This bedroom also has plenty of storage space with both a tall dresser and drawers under the bottom bunk. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower. (Please note that the hall bath linen closet is locked at all times and is not available for use by renters.) There is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the main living room area. We offer two off street parking spots (one in the garage and one on the driveway.) This house has plenty of space in the garage for all of your beach toys. Total sleeping for 9 people. 3 Flat screen TV's and 2 DVD players are also available. Outdoor furniture on the front deck includes a table and four chairs on one side and a love seat, coffee table and two chairs on the other side. SPOTLESS AND CONVENIENT!
Places within walking distance are the start of the boardwalk (rides require driving), restaurants, ice cream, park and playground. ONLY 5 BLOCKS to THE BOARDWALK for running or biking! Ocean City has a fabulous bike trail and an awesome boardwalk. It features the Music Pier with first-rate shows that you find online. Historic Cape May is about 30 minutes south and Atlantic City is about 25 minutes north. This vacation home is on the same block as Kessel's Korner. Kessel's is the famous ice cream and diner/restaurant, written up in Philadelphia Magazine.
Tenant provides bed linens, towels, and beach towels. Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge. If you have ever tried to find a parking spot during the season, you can appreciate the value of 2 off street parking spaces.
