The kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker, an electric hot water tea kettle, a Large Toaster Over, a blender, and a family-size electric griddle.

There is a 65" smart TV will be the main living area, three 50" smart TV's in the bedrooms and four 43" smart TV's in the remaining bedrooms. Comcast cable runs throughout the entire house, and you can stay connected with the hardwired WiFi extenders mounted on each floor. Browse music, radio, podcasts, and audio books through the centrally-controlled Sonos sound system that controls multiple speakers located throughout the house. In addition to having 3 large decks (including the main floor's covered deck), this unit also features a deluxe cabana shower that can be accessed from the side of the building or through the garage.

You%u2019ll love the rooftop deck! The common area has new Carrera quartz counters, stainless appliances, banquette seating, and a very realistic custom electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with many convenience items; a citrus juicer, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, foil, plastic wrap, cooking spray, spices, cleaning supplies, trash/recycle bags, etc. The bar cabinet includes wine storage, tools, and glassware to make fabulous cocktails while on vacation! All bedrooms have TVs, are stocked with extra pillows, extra blankets, and quilts that are laundered at each turnover. There is even a quiet reading nook to sit and take in any of the numerous %u201CBeach Reads%u201D found in the library. Games, puzzles, DVDs, and DVD players are all included. On-site parking is available for two cars, 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. The host provides 3 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, 3 beach carts, and beach toys. Washer and dryer are included. Feel free to utilize the outdoor shower when you return from the beach, as it has complementary shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.
