Brandon was fantastic to work with. Property location was great. Interior needs updates (rusty vents, vents falling off, bathroom fan not working, carpet stained, kitchen lacking) but definitely has potential with a little facelift. We would rent from Berger again, but probably not this property.

Hardly any glassware. Sprinkler over dining room table had a slow leak of a reddish fluid on the table.
Kitchen island doors rattled when you walk through.
