Level three features another even bigger great room, gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling and a large furnished outdoor deck with cantilevered umbrella overlooking the bay. 

Lastly the master retreat on level four, renovated in 2021. King bed with adjustable frame, cathedral ceiling, mini fridge, furnished balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the meadow, and an adjoining master bath containing a large shower with a 2.5 gpm rain head and 2.5 gpm spray wand, new hot water heater and water pump, Jacuzzi tub, double sink and toilet sprayer. Dogs (no cats) are welcome for a pet fee of $200.00.
