We have enjoyed staying at this rental home for a couple years now. It is in a great location where you can sit and watch the quiet boardwalk passersby from the porch. The house is nicely decorated and has comfortable furniture. Plenty of space for lots of people. All 3 bathrooms being completely renovated since last year was a huge pleasant surprise! Truly this house is a gem at great pricing.

the only major deficiency was the patio furniture. the seating was not comfortable and only suitable for dining outside and not relaxing for any length of time. would likely not rent again due to this. porch was extremely small.

The owner at 604 Albans Place need to fix the lock going to the deck. Also, they need a new garden hose handle.

We had 2 problems. The toilet downstairs did not work Saturday, Sunday and part of Monday.
The washer only ran with hot water a ruined a load of darker clothing and bathing suits.
