Charming beach house! Circa 1928
You can't beat the location for the price. Access to beach is 4 houses away! Quietly 2 blocks from the boardwalk stores but close enough to get to when ready to stroll the boards. Super clean unit, the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Plenty of chip bowls, dishes and untensils, the list goes on. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back for sure.

it needs wallpaper removal in the bathroom and painting. The sink needs some sanding and painting so it doesn't look so awful from rust spots. It nefs a small step at front and back door so senior's can get in easier. The dishes and glasses could use an overhaul.

The only issues I had were their were no locks on either door in the Jack and Jill bathroom leading to either bedroom, just the main door had an eye hook. And the room with the twin beds had fans in it that would go off when you turned the light switch off, other then that my family and I enjoyed staying at the house very much and had a wonderful time. And we would love to have the same house next year. Thank you Laryn.

Great experience. We vacation in OCEAN City every year. Usually we would stay in a local hotel/Inn however it was too expensive for the accommodatiions. We were cramped in one room and it was uncomfortable. The convenience of a private home with the space for our family and the ammenities such as a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and two baths is the better option. The Berger agent was helpful and he made it hassle free for us. Great experience and very happy with our vacation home. We plan to rent the same home for our future vacations.
