The interior and location are excellent. The exterior of the entire house is in need
of major repairs. Master suite should be upgraded to a king bed.

Cyndi is a wonderful Agent to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the properties that she has helped us evaluate and decide what would be best for us. She also has been very prompt to resolve any issues that may occur during our stay in Ocean City. She is great!

Exterior of property needs work. The rest of the block looks far superior to this building. interior cleaning could be improved. As at other properties, a plastic mat on the property leading over the dune onto the beach would be very helpful for older guests to navigate.

The only issue was that the washer/dryer were very small for a rental this size. Inside and beach towels were my main concern and it was a chore to get them done. Also, the master BR bed was small when used to a king.
