House was beautiful. Plenty of room. Two king beds which is a huge plus! Steps to the beach. Very clean and well stocked. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

We have been coming to Ocean City annually since 2003. We wouldn't consider using any realtor other than Berger nor any agent than Dave Zelinksi. You guys got it right and have kept it that way.

We have been renting every year since 2004. We started with Berger Realty and and stayed because of the excellent service. Dave Zelinski has been our agent for all those years except the first one; we always contact him first when we are ready to rent. He is the best.

4006 Central is a great location. The house was perfect for the ten of us!! Only negative comment - the people downstairs smoked on the porch - it drifted up.
