We enjoyed the unit but were surprised that same week next year was almost doubled in price. We are going with another unit next year for that reason and desire to be more central to boardwalk and south end.

Carpeting the steps was a great improvement.
The dryer needed a few cycles to properly dry the clothes.
Love that the beach tags were included.
Love the use of the garage.

The only issues with the rental that kept me from giving it a higher rating was that we thought the owners might want to invest in protective covers on the mattresses and that perhaps the cleaning people could launder the pillows between tenants. These suggestions would be to the benefit of the owners as well as the renters. It would also be nice to have a small bedside table in the smallest bedroom between the two beds. Otherwise, we certainly appreciated the very well equipped kitchen, and the layout of the unit made for very easy living. Special thanks to the owners for the use of extra beach chairs. Our weather was perfect and the sunsets magnificent.
