Description

This new construction, beach block, 2nd floor property is a great vacation rental for those looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Beautiful ocean views from front deck and roof top deck, kitchen & living room.

Flat screen television in the living room, but not pictured, as well as a television in each bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen mattress, as well as the first spare bedroom. The second spare bedroom has a full mattress, and the third has bunk beds with a full mattress below, a twin on top, and a twin trundle underneath.

For those who love to grill, there's a gas grill on the property, making it easy to cook up your favorite meals. The elevator is also a convenient feature, especially for those who have trouble with stairs or have a lot of luggage to carry. 

Right across the street to life guard protected 55th street beach with a beach walk to Corson's Inlet. One block away from Sac-O-Subs, Mallons Bake Shop, Aneu Specialty Take-Out, Mike's Seafood, A La Mode Ice Cream Parlor and Blitz's Market. Take the kids for a walk to the 52nd street playground only 4 blocks away, then hop on the Jitney to spend the day/evening at the boardwalk.  Return back to quiet 55th street for peace and repose.

The property was great. The house could have been cleaner upon our arrival. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was situated directly outside one of the bedrooms making it very difficult to sleep.

Please know, our home is maintained by owner operated Whale House Cleaning. The hospitality team adheres to strict protocols to assure our meticulous standards are consistently achieved; we apologize that was not your experience. Natural marble counters, prone to staining, have been professionally sanded and re-sealed for the 2024 season. Additionally, sound dampening remediation was performed on the AC Unit, per your note. Hope to see you again in OC this summer!
