Our house at 5410 Central Avenue was lovely, clean and modern. We felt totally at home. Owner obviously takes great care of this property. We appreciated the beach tags!!

Overall, loved property, very adequate, but some minor regular maintenance items throughout--holes in screens, burnt-out light bulbs, etc. One specific thought: usually the living room has 1-2 floor or reading lamps near couches. Ours only had one tiny table lamp in living room. But again, overal very thankful, really enjoyed time there.

I have a few comments about the bedrooms. Some of the bureau drawers in the bedroom were broken. You couldn't open and close them properly. Also, there weren't enough hangers in the closets. A laundry basket would have been helpful.

This spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, first-floor condo is in Ocean City's "deep south end", which is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and pristine beaches. Conveniently located a block from Mallon's famous sticky buns and pastries, 2.5 blocks from A La Mode Ice Cream Parlor, near Boyer's Market and Deli, and just a bike ride or short drive over the bridge to Deauville Inn's famous beach bar and restaurant and Twisties Tavern on the Bay! Our south end location is within walking distance to Corson's Inlet State Park with its high dunes and great hiking trails.

The Condo got a new look for the summer of 2023. New Siding was installed and the deck was updated. You will find beautiful hardwood flooring in the kitchen/dining area/living room as well as ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and family living area. In 2021, a state-of-the-art carport shower was added.

Relax in the open living area! You will find comfortable seating in the living room where you can lay back and enjoy watching TV or entertaining guests. The kitchen is a modern kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counter tops and appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig/coffee brew machine. It is well stocked with all the things you will need to cook and dine in. Entertaining a large family? There is plenty of seating at a large table in addition to 4 chairs for dining at the counter. Two large sliding doors take you from the living area to the front deck where you can enjoy the ocean views while you dine or just relax in the wicker chairs and bar height polywood porch table and chairs.

Go down the hallway and you will find four bedrooms with beds to sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has an HDTV TV. We have Xfinity cable by Comcast for the family area TV as well as high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected. The bedroom TVs are equipped with ROKU streaming devices. The condo has two full bathrooms, one off the hallway while the other is attached to the master bedroom. The washer and dryer units are off the hallway across from the bathroom.

Parking is provided for at least three cars with a carport and driveway. A private, enclosed outside shower accessed from the carport includes both hot and cold water. It feels like you are walking into luxury as you enter the shower area through the tiled changing room.

Under the front deck, you will find ample storage space for your beach gear.

Beautiful 2nd floor home across the street from the beach in the quiet south end Updated kitchen with granite counter tops.   Spa like master bathroom. Front and back decks to relax and enjoy.  Ideal location to come and enjoy the sea breezes at the Jersey Shore.

Updated for the 2024 season with all new bedroom furniture including beds frame, mattresses, pillows, dressers, chests, etc. All new smart TVs mounted in all 4 bedrooms, new washer and dryer, brand new flooring throughout the entire house excluding bathrooms, outside shower, new paint throughout entire house, new roof, new windows, new skylights, dining room lighting, and new blinds throughout entire house. Plenty of Locked storage space.

New patio furniture being added in the fall of 2024.

1/2 block walk to all you shore favorite shops and eateries like, Mallon's Bakery for some breakfast, A La Mode ice cream for late afternoon snack or head over for dessert, Mike's Seafood if you are in the mood for a meal, Sack O Subs for lunch or dinner, and Aneu kitchen. Boyer's mini market make it handy for a quick stop for snacks to pick up.

If you have children there is a park close by over on Haven Ave. around 53rd st.
