5025 Central Ave is a beautiful beachfront property. It would have been perfect except for the steps leading up to the bedrooms/bathrooms. The lack of a proper handrail made it difficult for my husband to navigate those steps.

We have been renting in OC for 30 years. Only the last 2 with Berger. Your check in/out process is incredible. So smooth, fast, and convenient. The property we rent is awesome. The owner is great and provides many conveniences and little luxuries.
