Susan has been wonderful. Above and beyond expectations. We have used Berger before. Susan was so helpful, understanding, and kind even when I was being annoying about finding a rental property to fit all of our needs.

Our experience in Ocean City was wonderful. The house faced the marshlands of the bay , sunsets were amazing. The check in and check out at Berger Realty was the easiest we have ever experienced. Hoping to come back next year !

Vacation was last minute for us. We often rent in OC but usually secure a place much earlier. Mr. Warren was fantastic communicating with me and helping to obtain a rental that exceeded our family’s expectations. I hope to rent again next summer and will plan to contact Chris at Berger again.
