House itself was fine though the ceiling fans were a bit shaky and thus make a lot of noise when in use. Storage closet was insufficient for our needs. It is very small and the owner has a lot of stuff in it which is their right of course. We had several bikes to secure plus beach umbrellas that just didn’t fit in there. OCNJ has a lot of bike thefts it seems so were not comfortable securing them to the posts. The low roofing of the car park was also challenging for some. We would not rent here again as we really need the space that a garage can provide.

Property is clean & well-maintained. Minimal kitchen supplies. Bought a spatula and dish towel as none available. But liked this property and location.

Sue was fantastic! She listened to what I was looking for and put me to look at properties which met me and my families needs. When I had a potential issue, she got back to me almost immediately and even came down the street to address which I realize is not easy on check in day but she was a rock star!
