Two minor issues: I could not access the storage room. I could have contacted the realtor but it was not a huge problem. The other issue was the dust that had collected on the air vent in the living room. It probably hadn’t been cleaned all summer. It was located behind the sofa so not noticeable until you moved the sofa. It’s clean now. 😀

Property was okay. There were only 3 of us so the space was adequate. The place is small and I would never recommend it to anyone with more than 4 people.

4605 West 1st floor. Liked the improvements done since last year, especially the outside shower and security light. Our only disappointment was on arrival we found material left outside construction done over the winter. Also an excessive amount of dust and dirt under the couch, hadn’t been cleaned for years, which was unacceptable and we had to notify our agent. The rest of our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. Looking forward to next year.
