Located in the desirable and quiet north end of the island, this bright & clean 3rd floor cottage is 2 blocks to the beach/boardwalk, 5 blocks to OC's shopping/eating scene, with acai, coffee & ice cream shops just steps away! 2 bedrooms w/3 NEW luxury queen beds, in unit laundry & AC throughout. Enjoy the Charcoal Grill in the quiet communal yard to have a relaxing BBQ night with your family!
 

Bath towels, 400 thread count cotton linens & 2 Bike cruisers & wagon (seats 2 toddlers) available upon request*

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and The 2nd bedroom has QUEEN bunk beds that are suitable for adults or kids as no expense was spared on these mattresses! 

Enjoy a slow morning on the tree lined private front porch where you'll also catch beautiful skies during evening sunsets. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for all your cooking needs and provides both a Keurig and coffee pot. 
WiFi, TV with Xumo box to stream your favorite apps (Hulu, Disney, Paramount+ , etc.) Washer/Dryer are located just off the kitchen. There are2 bike cruisers and /or a wagon (seats 2 toddlers) are available UPON REQUEST. 

While we don't have a designated off street parking space to the unit, Free street parking is easy to find in the north end!

Although not common with Ocean City rentals, bath towels, 400 thread count cotton sheets and quilts are provided.
