Location was excellent house needs new carpet has a moldy smell. Carpet has stains Kitchen doesn’t have good cookware very old and refrigerator had rust on the front of it . We were able to get past all of that because it’s a beach house and it’s a rental. It was all about the location.

Loved the location. The walk in shower was misleading in the picture shown online. Not useable. Outside lights didn’t work making it difficult to see getting in at night. Very spacious and great porch.
