House was very clean upon arrival except for intake grates for AC. Beds were super comfortable.

This side-by-side duplex features bright, sunny, second floor living that boasts views from the beach to the bay.  Don't worry about steps - each level is accessible by a private elevator, so loading up your kitchen and wet bar will be quick and easy.  Step out to the spacious deck and grab a cold drink to watch the Phillies or your favorite movie on the outdoor TV.  If you're cooking, the high end appliances and well equipped kitchen should make your experience more enjoyable.  There are ample tools, pots, pans and serving ware to prepare and enjoy those memory-making meals feeding family and friends.  A large Weber Genesis grill is located in the garage if that is your preference.  After dinner, check out the pantry for the supply of games and puzzles for everyone's entertainment. 

Three bedrooms are en suite with king beds each uniquely decorated.  A fourth bedroom holds a bunk bed that fits full size mattresses. The den on the top floor serves as a fifth bedroom with a double size sofa bed. Each bedroom has wall mounted streaming TVs and custom built closet organizers.
