Bring your own cookware and utensils. For the money I feel like the property and location are a good value if you know what you’re getting into. No beach tags provided which is not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know. Parking at the house is limited, really one car per unit and limited free street parking, so we’d move my car to the street at night and save our garage spot for any visitors. Furniture and bedding were decent but a king bed would be better for the master bedroom.
All in all we had a great time and the value for money is there for sure. We won’t rent again because of the beds, I’m 6’8 300lbs so a queen is too small for me and another person, especially with a foot board on the bed, this is obviously a personal issue.
With all that said, this unit cost half of the house we rented for several years prior, so I do consider it a great value play.

Carol is the best. Carol has handled our rental since we started she is professional and wouldn’t change. The rental is exceptional.

Property good, but there were a few unresolved issues in the house (broken bed slat on bunk bed, detached freezer gasket, dryer start switch, cookware)..

Very happy with our vacation house. Very happy with my agent Carol she has taken very good care of us since we started working with her. I would definitely recommend Berger and the home for rental.

The bare wood floors make the house noisier than we would have liked. The air conditioner seemed weak. But we really like the property and are planning on returning next year

Carol is great she took very good care of us. The property was perfect. The only issue was mosquitos which I think came from the dampness under the home but we handled it no biggie. We already booked for next year
