The rental was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen and common area were recently renovated. The owners were very responsive regarding a minor issue and it was resolved quickly. The location is great, quiet area with a short walk to the beach. We were able to walk/ride bikes to the 34th st playground and mini golf. Close to Dot’s bakery and Kessel’s corner.

Absolutely pristine condition. Immaculate and beautifully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with good quality dishes and glassware. Loved the porch rockers! Only criticism is the lack of a garage or storage area. We had no secure place for our bikes, beach chairs, stroller, etc. Also, only one tv, however it forced us to spend more time together, which proved to be a good thing.
