3107 Central is an amazing unit. It's so close to everything that we pretty much park the car and walk everywhere for the week. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has all the amenities! We already rented for next year - our 10th in OC and 6th at this home.

Very good. We had a little problem with a key which did not work at 3107 Central Avenue 2nd floor, but Nicole Williams solved it with a new key.

We've rented through Berger for 8 years now, and no matter what the circumstances have been, Berger has worked hard to get us the most appropriate rental property. Check in was where we had some issues. The keys did not work. When we reviewed the paperwork given to us it had another renters comments on another property that he had rented the prior week.
We love this home and the owners were great! Cushions were ripped on outside deck and they left us a note making us aware. This is our favorite place, but we flipped them over and that worked. This is our second year here. We love the flowers on the counter!

Working with Ellen Senft for over 10 years has been very rewarding. She works deligently to find tenants rental properties that meet their needs.
