Tara was very responsive to our desires--in particular to our pursuit of additional time at the rental. Tara did not limit herself to a 9--5 time frame.

The house is dog friendly. That is the draw. It is also close to the beach and met expectations. If I could rent another house nicer that allowed dogs at a reasonable price I would. Overall the house was good and owners nice.

Very happy with Berger Realty. We had a problem with the AC and our agent Michael Maina was very quick to respond and make sure we were satisfied. After we got home to PA I realized I might have left a piece of jewelry in the rental. Michael checked with the cleaners and they found it. I was so happy! Many thanks to Michael AND to the honest cleaning person who returned my necklace. Very happy with my experience with Berger Realty!

We enjoyed our stay mainly because we were able to bring our dogs which enabled us a longer and worry free time. The house itself was nice but would have appreciated a hose bib that worked without spraying all over and some outside storage
