Arrived to have 2 nd family member to use elevator- got stuck in the elevatorl with 2 small children. After several tries finally got elevator to bottom floor. Called Berger Sun morning-repairman arrived Mon-,had to order new part -it was fixed by Wed House with an elevator was a plus for our family 1 member has brace on leg and another has health issues so glad it got fixed as soon as possible.
Place was clean- well stocked- but we could not find a vacuum cleaner. Excellent location would rent again.

We have enjoyed our stays at Ocean City. We have had Lauren Greiner as an agent for several years. She is always very helpful. She answers all our questions in a timely and friendly manner. We appreciate her professionalism.
