We rented at 5862 Asbury Ave., 2nd floor. The condo and location were great for our family of 6 adults (including grandparents) and 5 young children. There was plenty of comfortable living space. Everyone found their beds very comfortable, including the 2 new queen beds. The outdoor shower kept the sand outside. We enjoyed sunsets on the top deck. It was a close walk to the quiet 57th St. beach, which was lifeguarded and had restrooms. We also enjoyed the nearby playground and eateries/shops in walking distance. We would return to this house again!

The property had a good location. The beds were very uncomfortable and the box springs were very squeaky. The house needed updates and seemed like it had not been cared for in awhile. I would not rent it again.

I love the property location where we stayed , we rented two years in a row. The property needs some upgrading in furniture carpeting and the TVs are small. The tv remote was missing from one of the 4 small TVs that are mentioned in the lease. It was in a room for one of our guests. The landlord did not care after I mentioned it to our agent. Trash cans extremely dirty. And need of attention.
