The family room features plenty of seating (including a comfy couch that doubles as a pull out to sleep additional guests) and a large TV hung over a beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the eat-in kitchen, complete with brand-new countertops, backsplash and a variety of appliances and amenities, including a K-Duo Keurig ready to brew an entire pot of coffee or a single cup of your beverage of choice; a combo toaster oven AND air fryer; blender (aka frozen concoction maker); and electric tea kettle! Off the first floor is a large deck complete with a brand-new dining set that can comfortably seat up to 8 people! The house also has ample outdoor space, including brand-new outdoor furniture surrounding a fire pit. Owner will have a pack and play/port a crib with mattress for tenants to use.
