The location of this home is good, just a couple of blocks from the beach. The interior needs some updating and a seating area on the deck would be nice rather than 2 big tables.

The location was perfect. The house is outdated, but a few small things would make a difference, like a nice,seats to enjoy the front deck instead of TWO old falling apart tables and chairs. Also lots of stuff in kitchen cupboards. I actually organized some of them bc things were falling out of them. haha

The property was clean but the beds were awful, The lighting in the kitchen was just about non-existent. The screens were ripped facing the front porch and the one sliding door didn't lock. I would not rent this property again. It's overpriced, def needs some updating.

A great place to stay. Roomy & comfortable. I have trouble doing long flights of steps and this was minimal.

Needed new blinds on sliding doors and dryer vent under outside steps needed to be cleaned out but other than that, the rental was perfect!!! We were very happy and comfortable!

Summer of 2020 is unique with the closings due
to COVID19. Even in late May we were uncertain even if we were going to vacation this summer in Ocean City. Despite the uncertainties Lori at Berger was informative, understanding and available. Thankfully, we decided to go once the beaches and boardwalk opened. Even the playground was open. We were pleased with the property. It was very clean and provided their guests with beach tags. Hopefully, we will be back next summer making new family memories.
