Beach Vacation rental, top floor condo, contemporary 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, located on Ocean City's crescent & best beach with a magnificent view!  Fully equipped kitchen with large counter & 4 stools.  Dining room seats 8-10  people with additional 4 in living room.   There are TVs in living room(with VCR) and master bedroom.  Large front deck with table, chairs and retractable awning as well as table umbrella.  Smaller deck off master bedroom for morning shade and quiet time.  Outside shower & storage area for bikes and beach chairs.

Great space with excellent views. Easily handled my entire immediate family and grandchildren (7 adults and 4 children). Deck overlooking the beach was a huge hit with everyone.

Spectacular Beachfront 2nd floor Property. This immaculate 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom 2nd floor beach front was built in 2022 by the Price Brothers with no expense spared. The impressive foyer greets you and your guests with a warm welcome. Take the staircase or choose to ride the elevator to the living area level 2 floors up . The great room features a must-see upscale kitchen with all the culinary amenities, while the beautiful, soothing quartzite graces the large island, as well as surrounding countertops. The kitchen has a six burner gas stove, an oversized custom refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. A chef's delight, for sure. When it comes time to wind down head across the kitchen over to the custom built wet bar which features a a beverage center, an ice machine that produces 60 lbs of ice daily, and all of the wine glasses and beer mugs you will need.
