This lovely 2nd floor condo is directly across the street from the beach and has three decks with several lovely ocean views from the Front deck for breathtaking pictures of sunrises, Back deck for gorgeous sunsets and Observation deck for both! This rental offers many more amenities per week than most units within the same price range, such as but are not limited to: 5 New Wall Mounted Smart TV's, Comcast Wifi, 5 Beach tags, 7 Beach towels, 7 Beach chairs, two coffee makers: one Keurig and one Kitchen Aid. In addition to the family sized refrigerator there is also a smaller separate unit for extra beverages freeing up space in the family fridge for soft drinks. A commercial sized LG Washer and Dryer can handle the linens, towels and large loads of clothes. Owner does not provide linens or towels: however, renters have the option of bringing their own or using the local linen services. The owner makes upgrades every year to keep the unit current and attractive wishing you a most enjoyable and relaxing summer vacation vacation.
