The Interior of our home was beautifully designed with brand new furnishings and quality finishes to create a tranquil environment for your stay. From initial design through final construction, every detail was carefully considered for the luxury finishes throughout the house. The warm tone of the 6-lnch wide plank oak flooring covering the full footprint of the house imparts both a sense of continuity and warmth to your presence. Complimented by 6-lnch baseboards and 4-inch door casings, the upgraded wood trim further confers an upscale look and feel of the space. The chef inspired gourmet kitchen is centered around a granite covered island with overhead pendant lighting. Crisp LED under cabinet lighting reflecting from the pristine backsplash tile provides plenty of light on the countertop working surfaces during meal prep. New stainless-steel Viking appliances include large gas stove, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, knives, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essentials your chef will need to craft your 5-star meals. The oversized laundry room contains a front-loading washer and dryer with storage in the cabinets above.  Roomy private outdoor shower.  Plenty of storage space is available in the foyer. The property includes off-street parking for three cars, with two cars in the garage and one car in the driveway. To ease your vacation packing, we offer 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, childrens sand toys, corn hole game, and a sizable aluminum beach caddy.  For those with small children, a highchair and booster seat are also available for your convenience.  Grill masters can take a turn with the stainless-steel Weber BBQ grill for the perfect steak dinner.

This luxurious first floor is perfect for your family or groups vacation! Your family and guests will enjoy this immaculately kept home accented with beautiful beach dcor. Open concept living/dining allows you to relax in the great room equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV. A gas fireplace will keep you cozy on those Fall and Winter evenings. The designer kitchen has granite & stainless appliances~ microwave, dishwasher, gas range with griddle, refrigerator with ice and water in door. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home ~ Including a standard coffer maker and a Keurig. The spacious island seats 4 while 10 can gather and dine at the large dining table. The dining room flows out onto the spacious front porch ~ comfortably furnished and perfect for outdoor relaxing or entertaining! Our home features high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, Smart flat screen TVs and a Sonos sound system with speakers on the porch as well. 

The house sleeps 14 people, offering two spacious king master bedrooms, each with a master bath, two rooms furnished with queen beds, one room with two twins, and a bunk room with two single over single bunk beds. Each room is beautifully decorated. All are equipped with ceiling fans, and amazingly comfortable mattresses, pillows and blankets. Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT provided.
The laundry room is equipped with a full sized, high efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and steamer. 
Your relaxing vacation is only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. No need to pack beach chairs, tags, beach toys, an umbrella, or body boards, as all are provided for your use. Youll find a cooler, luxury beach cart, and an additional refrigerator- freezer in the garage. A large Weber grill is provided for your vacation cookouts. 

In addition to the four full baths inside, there is a fully enclosed and lit outdoor shower (nothing like an outdoor shower after a day at the beach!) 

This is a perfect location to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, amusements, outdoor tennis courts, playground, bike riding and downtown excursions. 
During the summer season, rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday). During the off season, rentals are offered with greater flexibility with a 3 night minimum.
