Property needs work. Refrigerator not cooling food and this is very problematic for renters staying multiple weeks. Food spoiled quickly. Slider to deck needs maintenance, incredibly hard to open. Property needs to post current WiFi so renters don’t have to call realtor. Consider replacing sofa in living room. It’s seen better days.
