Items that need attention Frying pans need replacement. Elevator carpet needs replacement. Garage could use cleaning out. Other wise we really enjoy staying ar 2107 wesley each year.

Berger is great and I have used them for many years, however the property we rented for 2022 was a disappointment. Beautiful home at one time I am sure but extremely let go, many broken or not usable things around the home. Not very clean as it requires a deep cleaning and not just a weekly. Balcony’s were not really usable as broken card tables and chairs are just not suitable for a beach front property. Screen doors and screens were either completely gone or had big wholes so you could not open windows or doors. Taped up $1 store waste baskets that were very dirty. Garage was a complete disaster with random left over clothing and more broken things. No beach chairs. Kitchen had ants and we never really unpacked anything for kitchen because it was so full of grime. Spent $50 in cleaning supplies to even use the washer . It was disgusting. Dining chairs were totally disgusting and we placed dish towels on them to even sit. Please reupholster or get rid of them!!! Lots of mold in the ground floor and other bathrooms , again needs a deep cleaning. We rolled up the living area rug because it was so dirty I didn’t want my grandchildren on it. Random frames, old linens, excessive amount of dusty greenery, just plain junk all around. Really have nothing nice to say about it. Just a shame it has been let go like this. Would definitely not recommend or stay here again and I have been renting in OC for 36 years.

The location and house layout was excellent! The house itself needed TLC. Cable in bedroom didn’t work. Only single use Keurig. Trash cans in house taped together. Vertical blinds taped up

Location of 2107 Wesley is perfect, however the home itself has issues. Closets are stuffed full and unable to be used for personal effects during rental. Dresser drawers were stuffed full of books, frames, etc. Kitchen was ill equipped. Frying pans were so badly damaged, couldn’t use. Knives so dull they were dangerous. No crab crackers or tolls. Coffee mugs all chipped. Obvious water damage in ground level...has musty odor. Walls are paper thin and can hear every noise. Vertical blinds fall off everytime you try to close windows/doors. No working batteries in remote controls. Light bulbs burnt out all over home. Needs some TLC.

I felt the refrigerator was small compared to the size house. Also, I would have liked to have a more comfortable sleep sofa but other than that, it was an excellent house & fantastic location
