House location was excellent. Well stocked with items (kitchen, seating, etc). The bathrooms had lots of issues; toilets hard to flush, shower backed up, not in great shape. Mess left in bedroom closet (dog food on the floor). Several bedroom lamps broken; dresser drawers couldn't open.

Southend area property and no streets to cross to the beach! This property is close to the beach and playgrounds! Fantastic location! Come enjoy this very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bat. First floor unit NO steps in the unit once you are in the front door.
