This property was a very nice pet friendly property. It was well stocked with beach toys, tags & chairs. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach, but it was quite a hike to the boardwalk and Brown’s donuts. It was surface level clean, but not deeply cleaned. For example, the bunk room had an ant problem and it was not clean behind the bunk beds. The master had Skittles candy and dog toys under the bed. Also, one of the exterior lights was out making it quite dark at night while going up & down the stairs.

I have been vacationing in OC sine I was a child with my family. I am now 52 and have been bring my family here since. I have used several different agents in OC and Trish, by far, has been the most helpful and responsive agent. I am glad I found her! Have a great summer!

Stayed at this property in the past, was pleasantly surprised to see their changed decor in the unit, nice job. Berger's agents are pleasant and have a super check-in and check-out system which makes everything flow so nicely. We have been and will continue to rent from Berger in the future. Thanks!!
