Unfortunately, our unit was not clean. It was, in fact, filthy. Dirty floors, crumbs, spills not cleaned, bathroom was filthy. There were actually candy wrappers in the bunk bed.
The overall property is very nice. Great views and beautiful pool.

Property and location is great but the condo was not clean at all upon arrival and we had to clean. Sand everywhere, crumbs in the silverware, sand in the beds and toilet was dirty.

We had a very enjoyable week in Ocean City. My only suggestion would be that our particular rental attempt to better equip the kitchen. Everything else was lovely!
